VILLAGE OF ORONO <br />• Special Meeting of -the Village Council, <br />"October 10,_1968 <br />The Village Council met on the above date <br />a <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />with the following members present: Mayor <br />Ross, Councilman Franzel. Absent <br />Councilmen Butterfield, Searles, and <br />Stubbs. <br />The Mayor announced that this was the time <br />and tho place for a Public Hearing on the <br />matter of the assessments to be made <br />against property benefited by 1968SL -1, in <br />the vicinity of Casco Circle. The Village <br />Clerk read the Notice of Public Hearing <br />and presented the Affidavit of Publication <br />and the Certificate of Availing to affected <br />property owners. No one appearing-on the <br />matter, the Public Hearing was closed. <br />Franzel moved, Ross seconded, that the <br />Meeting be adjourned until 7:30 P.A'., <br />October 14, 1968.
