Searles absent. • Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that the MINUTES • Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 'March 11, 1968, be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) • • The Mayor announced that this was the time PUBLIC HEARING • and the place for a Public Hearing on the DOCK LICENSE matter of issuance of a Commercial Dock • License for the Stubb's Bay Resort. The Mayor asked if there was anyone present • wishing to be heard on the matter. The following appeared: 0. Keiran, R. Newman, • -D. Krossin, Mrs. R. Gasch, K. Peterson, L. Best, D. Reeves, R. Pettis, H. Johnson, D. Karels, C. Parten, M. Kylo, Mrs. J. S Kemp. G. Johnson, G. Lind, W. Parten, Mrs. G. Parten, C. Tass, B. Bradshaw, H. Benson, D. Boylan. Grunlund concerning a • Division. • • Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that the application for the Stubb's Bay Resort, • under the same guide lines as last year with cleanup of the property, be approved. • Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). • • Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that Resolution #227, A Resolution.
