Searles absent. <br />• Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that the MINUTES <br />• Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 'March 11, <br />1968, be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) <br />• <br />• The Mayor announced that this was the time PUBLIC HEARING <br />• and the place for a Public Hearing on the DOCK LICENSE <br />matter of issuance of a Commercial Dock <br />• License for the Stubb's Bay Resort. The <br />Mayor asked if there was anyone present <br />• wishing to be heard on the matter. The <br />following appeared: 0. Keiran, R. Newman, <br />• -D. Krossin, Mrs. R. Gasch, K. Peterson, <br />L. Best, D. Reeves, R. Pettis, H. Johnson, <br />D. Karels, C. Parten, M. Kylo, Mrs. J. <br />S Kemp. G. Johnson, G. Lind, W. Parten, <br />Mrs. G. Parten, C. Tass, B. Bradshaw, <br />H. Benson, D. Boylan. Larson concerning <br />• a Building Permit. J. Dutcher concerning a <br />Rezoning. D. Hill and J. Hawks concerning <br />• Peterson Rezoning. F. Herfurth concerning <br />a Division. K. Grunlund concerning a <br />• Division. <br />• <br />• Franzel moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />the application for the Stubb's Bay Resort, <br />• under the same guide lines as last year <br />with cleanup of the property, be approved. <br />• Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />• <br />• Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />Resolution #227, A Resolution.
