0 <br />MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, July 14, 2003 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />ROLL <br />The Council met on the above mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor Barbara <br />Peterson; Council Members Jim Murphy, Bob Sansevere, and Jim White; City Attorney Thomas <br />Barrett; Representing staff were City Administrator Ron Moorse, Planning Director Mike Gaffron, <br />City Engineer Tom Kellogg, Public Service Director Greg Gappa, and Recorder Kristi Anderson. <br />Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Approve /Amend <br />Council members added items 3, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16. <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. VOTE: <br />Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />10 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />0 <br />*2. Regular Council Meeting of June 23, 2003 <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the Regular Council Meeting Minutes of June <br />23, 2003 as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*3. Amend Minutes for Council Meeting of April 14, 2003 <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to amend the Minutes of the Council Meeting of April 14, <br />2003 as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />Items 14 and 16 were moved up on the agenda in order to hear a presentation by Police Chief Good. <br />*14. Police Department Web Site Design Implementation Donation <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to accept the donation of time and expertise from <br />Stephanie Grande for building the new Orono Police Department web site. VOTE: Ayes 4, <br />Nays 0. <br />Chief Good introduced Stephanie Grande, a website designer who has devoted over 200 hours of <br />volunteer service to the Police Department updating a web site and links for the community and <br />•W <br />PAGE 1 OF 21 <br />
