Legal description: Section 04,Township 117N, Range 23W. A wetland delineation was conducted by Svoboda Ecological Resources on August 9th and August 24th,2015. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on October 20th, 2015. One wetland was delineated on site and identified as a Type 3, shallow marsh with a Type 2,fresh(wet)meadow fringe. MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on 11/3/15. MCWD was in agreement with the boundaries of the wetlands on site,with the slight adjustment noted in a figure submitted 11/10/15 connecting the delineation for the subject property to the approved delineation for the adjacent property. MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and rypes as delineated in the field and documented in the delineation report.
