Stickney on behalf of iVlid-US Properties Limit�� ' <br /> Partnership (hereinafter "the subdivider"): and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B. <br /> Single Family Rural Residential Zoning Dis�ict finding that each lot is of a size and configuration <br /> that would allow its use for a single famil��residence to be fully developed; and <br /> W�REAS,the subdivider has completed or has ab eed to complete all requiremen� <br /> of the platting regulations of the City, including: <br /> l. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution No. 4314, the resolution granti�� <br /> prelim.inary approval of the Class III subdivision. <br /> 2. Dedication on the plat of s�ndard perimeter drainage and utility easements. <br /> 3. A variance is granted for�idth of Lots 3, 4 and 5 which do nc>t meet the 200' w-idL� <br /> requirement for the RR-1B zonin� district, and a variance ta allow filling a sm�l <br /> amount of wetland on pro�rty owned by the DNR to raise the Luce Line Trail. <br /> 4.
