We have the following comments <br /> with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • With the flat grades along the south lot line and the city's requirement that no stormwater be <br /> discharged to the fire lane, we recommend that grade staking and final grading be reviewed and <br /> approved by engineering staff in the field. <br /> • Grading is proposed along the north and south lot lines within the 75 foot lakeshore setback area. <br /> This grading is minor and necessary to maintain drainage to the lake. <br /> • Grading to remove an ice ridge is also proposed.
