The assessment amount adopted for your property is$6,4000.The assessment will appear on your 2005 tax statement and is for a 15-year period 2. Interest Rate. The interest rate applied to the assessment is 6.25%. 3. Initial Prepayment Period. The final date for fiill or partial prepayment of the assessment without interest is Monday,Noveinber 30"', 2004. 4. Future Prepayinent Periods. Begiruiing in 2005, and every year thereafter, the remaining outstanding assessment may be paid off in full before November 15"', or interest will be charged through December 31 of the next succeeding year.
