This property does not have a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that a Certificate of Occupancy is required in order to <br /> conduct an Open House. In order to obtain Certificate of Occupancy and permission to <br /> conduct an Open House the proper inspections and code verification by the building inspector is <br /> required.
