The applicant requests the vacation because they wish <br />to replat this property and relocate the right of way. <br /> <br />The applicant will address any utilities that are located within the existing right of way as they work through <br />the platting process. Enclosed please find a copy of the area map and parcel information identifying the <br />proposed vacation area. Please advise whether you have any objections to the vacation as proposed. <br /> <br />This item will be on the January 16th, 2018 Planning Commission meeting agenda for a public hearing. <br />Receipt of your comments prior to that date would be appreciated.
