The public comment period and review of this application <br />has concluded and the Minnehaha Creel< Watershed District has determined the above mentioned permit <br />application to be complete. Therefore, the application is approved with the following conditions: <br />■ Reimbursement for fees (to be sent separately) <br />■ Financial Assurance (to be sent separately) <br />■ Declarations for: Stormwater Facilities <br />■ Submission of an NPDES Number <br />■ A final submittal addressing the items outlined by the District's engineer on 6/11/2018 <br />Once the above mentioned materials have been submitted and all permit conditions have been met, staff will <br />issue the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the permit has been issued. <br />The approval expires one year from the date of this letter.
