A final <br />inspection was requested and completed on 1/1/88. An Inspection <br />slip with corrections was left with the neighbor who said the <br />owner was out of town end he was watching the house for her. Re <br />said it would have to wait until spring until the owner returns, <br />i *^000^ would put it on my calender for June 1, 1988. On June <br />2, 1988, 1 relnspected and found that code violations still <br />exist. The corrections are as follows: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Joist hangers required on joist at stairs. <br />Uniform Building Code Section 2517 (d) 3 <br />Handrail must provide grippable surface. <br />Uniform Building Code Section 3306 (J),(see attached <br />handout) <br />inform you that corrective action must be made <br />corrections have not been made by this time, this <br />office may issue citations.
