PROJECT PURPOSE, DESCR]PTION AND DIMENSIONS: <br /> This is a riprap repair project. <br /> This project is necessary hecause the riprap is falling apart and it is Allowing erosion <br /> to occur consequently we need to reset to strengthen and secure the shoreline. <br /> We wi11 remove the necessary existing riprap, install geotextile fabric and replace it <br /> with riprap that complies with current DNR&MCWD rules. <br /> The job wiil be completed entirely by barge. <br /> The dimensions are 3QU' long, 10.5' wide, and 3.5' deep (high) <br /> We propase to constTuct this project uporc receiving approval from DNR& MCWD. <br /> 6. PROJECT ALTERNATIVES: <br /> Leave riprap as is in current unstable condition allowing for erosion to occur. <br /> No other alternative seems feasible as the riprap is in ptace and just needs ta be reset <br /> in order to comply with the current regulations of 3 to 1 slope. <br />
