On final inspection of the demo the field inspector <br /> noted that a deck on the lakeshore was not removed. Leaving this deck is a violation of the <br /> Orono Municipal Code that does not allow accessory structures without a principal structure. As <br /> part of the demo permit issuance process the city prepared a zoning disclosure and declaration <br /> form. This form notified you of the code requirement. You signed this form to acknowledge <br /> receipt of the information. <br /> This letter is to require removal of the deck. A deadline of January 26, 2004 has been <br /> established. If this deadline is not met the city may initiate legal action.
