If dra*nfield replacement is necessary, soil testing will usually be required, and a design and site plan <br />must be submitted for review. Your contractor must obtain a permit before work is started. <br />tVSTgM CONDITION C O Checked items may require your action) <br />Tank inflection indicaies: <br />□ Pumpout not needed at this time. <br />□ Solidi accumulation in tanks indicates they should be pump, <br />ed out this year to help prevent future problems. <br />□ Solidi accumulation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks <br />diould be pumped out as soon as possible. <br />G System is discharging to surface. Tanks must be pumped <br />within 48 hours to eliminate surface disoharge. <br />Q Inspection risers miieing-tenks could not be inspected. <br />Inspection risers (4** die. pipe) must be installed in each tank <br />at next pumpout.
