Tom Kellog, I, <br /> and you were present at this meeting. It was discusseci at this meeting <br /> ; that our proposed work to be done .to correct drainage patterns along <br /> - the north property line were in line with the City of Orono's requests: <br /> � Also at this meeting, it was di5cussed that an a5-bu�lt survey needs to be <br /> � � completed by Gronberg � Associates of the reworked areas and then, <br /> submitted to the city for final approvaL . <br /> , <br /> Enclosed you will find a copy of the as-built 5urvey dated August 4, <br /> � 2005 and signed August 2�, 2005 by Mark Gronberg. Please take <br />� note that Gronberg � Associates took special care in takmg many <br /> �elevation shots to verify that the location of the rec�uired swales east of � <br /> house; and west of house along the north property line do exist. At t�he <br /> time of Gronberg's survey work, we had al ready placed the draintile, rock, <br /> and french drain ad�acent to the pool area. Most of the spot elevations <br /> ' shown on the pFan are approximately on top of the rock rip rap. The true <br /> elevat�on of the bottom of the swale is approximately 6-8" below the <br /> existing soil elevation along the property line as the swales move5 from <br /> : east to west towards the lake. Therefore, some of the spot elevations <br /> noted by Gronberg on the plan are not actual bottom of 5wale.
