During this inspection the following <br /> code violations were noted: <br /> 1. You have put in an entire new basement under the <br /> structure at 1418 Bohn's Point Road without permits. <br /> 2. You are installing retaining walls at 1420 Bohn's Point <br /> Road without permits. <br /> 3. The pool permit has expired and must be renewed. <br /> In the past the inspection department has conducted <br /> inspections on your property and found work being done without <br /> the required permits. On January 27 , 1983 a letter was sent to <br /> you stating that if you were found working without a permit again <br /> within Orono, not only would the after-the-fact investigation fee <br /> be charged, put a citation will be issued to the person in charge <br /> and or responsible for the construction. <br /> At this time I am requesting you to make an appointment on <br /> Monday, July 17 , 1989 , to go over the violations on your <br /> property. I am also putting you on notice that since you are in <br /> violation of Minnesota State Buildind Code/Uniform Building Code <br /> Section 301(A), Work without Permits, I am putting you on notice <br /> that all work must stop at the above subject property persuant to <br /> Minnesota State Building Code/Uniform Building Code Section <br /> 202(D) Stop Work Orders. <br /> If you have any questions on this matter please contact me <br /> on Monday, July 17, 1989 at my office ( 473-7357) . <br /> Sincerely, <br /> , � . �� � <br /> Thomas J.
