The following <br />represented the City staff: City AdmInIstrator Ron Moorse, Public <br />Works J JCtor John Gerhardson, Building & Zoning AdminIstrator <br />Jeanne Mabusth, Assistant Planning and Zoning Administrator Michael <br />Gaffron, Police Chief Stephen Sullivan, City Attorney Tom Barrett, <br />City Engineer Glenn Cook and City Recorder Teri Naab.Mayor <br />Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. <br />(•1) CONSEriT AGENDA <br />Jabbour removed Item «5. <br />Butler removed Item S2. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Goetten, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda as amended. Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />Motions for ail I terns adopted by consent agenda will be included <br />in the minutes ir their respective numerical order. <br />(•2) .PPROVAL or m: .t TES <br />Butiti.'' Stated she not receive Page 3 of the minutes. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to table <br />approval the minutes of the regular meeting of the Orono Council <br />held on May 11. 1992 until Page 3 Is included. Ayes 5, nays 0. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS - <br />Linda McQInty. representative for the Orono Hockey Association, <br />requested the Council consider a Joint meeting to review the <br />proposed arena site. <br />Mayor Peterson noted that Moorse would contact the appropriate <br />organzat I ons of the Joint meeting. <br />Catlahan felt that a joint meetIng of all organizatIons would prove <br />to be counter productive. <br />Ooetten suggested that the Council and Planning Commission meet to <br />discuss tht issue. <br />iWsi ^iTi'--
