The city may consider- <br />this <br />onsiderthis correspondence as a petition from us to vacate the <br />alley. <br />We have some difficulty with your apparent desire to combine <br />the vacation of the property with acquiring the property from <br />us when we currently do not own it. It seems to me ;.hat by <br />combining all the issues you have made it complicated enough <br />so that no one will act for fear that the outcome will have <br />an ursanticipated ending. <br />We have read the City of Orono Planning Commizsion meeting <br />minutes of June 18, and con-ur with their tabling your <br />request for variances for the reasons Stated in their <br />minutes. incidently.
