Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, Minnesota 55323 <br />Subject: John Berger Property <br />3700 Bay Side Road <br />Dear Mike, <br />Confirming our site inspection on the subject property, <br />if any fill is to be placed on this property it must be <br />behind the proposed house, but none should be placed beyond <br />the row of trees surrounding existing wet lands. <br />These trees are the Pdge of the wet land and filling <br />uphill from that point would be acceptable. <br />In reviewing the proposed septic system it appears to us <br />':rom the location shown on the plan that primary drain field <br />Ls in an area of steep slope and one in which major difference <br />in elevation would exist between the one end of the drain field <br />az:d the other making this area acceptable for a drain field. <br />The standards require the furnishing of elevations on the <br />proposed site but none are included. Alternate drain field <br />location appears to be acceptable.
