m <br />Planning Comnission Members <br />Mike Scheller, Secretary <br />April 15, 1971 <br />Agenda Items <br />The Planning Commission will hold thoir meeting on April 19, 1971 <br />at 7:00 P,M» instead of 7:30 P.M. This will allow one hour to <br />transact business, as at 8:00 P.M, a joint meeting of members, <br />the Village Council and the Park Commission will be held. <br />Along with the Church of Good Shepherd and the Prank Child conditional <br />use permit, another item has cone in; namely, a variance to place <br />a combination stable and garage on the Willard Greenwood property on <br />Sixth Avenuo North, consisting of 15.60 acres. 31.310 states you <br />cannot uut an accessory building on a lot before a principal building. <br />He also owns eight^djoining acres. <br />He bought four rare breed of horses as a hobby at a large investment <br />before he was aware of the ordinance, planning on placing them on <br />this property where he hopes to build on in a few years when he <br />becomes of retirement ago. <br />A problem arises in the lU day period 'requested to take business matters <br />under advisement. Council matters referred to tne 1'^anting Coraaissiou <br />do not arrive in my office until Tuesday morning so tJi-v have to be <br />held up for two extra weeks before a hearing.
