The City of Orono requires building <br /> permits for remodeling, additions and out buildings. Therefore the City must require you <br /> to submit building permit applications for work that has been done. Inspections will be <br /> required and items may need to be disassembled for access. All buildings are required to <br /> be 10' from side lot lines so your buildings may need to be moved. <br /> A deadline of August 29, 2005 has been established for application submittal. The <br /> application must include building plans and a survey showing the location of new <br /> construction. If this deadline is not met the City may initiate legal action.
