VOTE: Ayes 4, <br /> Nays 0. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> FINANCE DIRECTOR REPORT <br /> Olson noted the auditors were there the previous week,they finished the audit, and were happy with the <br /> way things went.
