MINUTES OF THE <br /> ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br /> SPECIAL MEETING <br /> Friday,October 16,2020 <br /> 8:30 a.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> The Orono City Council met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor <br /> Dennis Walsh, City Council Members Matt Johnson, and Aaron Printup. Council Members Victoria <br /> Seals and Richard F. Crosby II were absent. Representing Staff were City Attorney Soren Mattick, <br /> Community Development Director Jeremy Barnhart, and City Administrator Dustin Rief. <br /> Mayor Walsh called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> 1.
