On December 20, 2004 you were issued a temporary <br /> certificate of occupancy on condition of finishing the exterior grading work and <br /> establishing grass cover by June 1, 2005. The silt fence was also to have been maintained <br /> until the yard was sodded or fully grassed. <br /> Staff from this Office inspected your property on May 2, 2006. The exterior final grade <br /> and sodding has not been tinished and the silt fence along the road and appropriate <br /> property lines needs to be re-established. The silt fence must be re-installed by June 2, <br /> 2006. If the silt fence is re-installed by June 2, 2006 the temporary certificate of <br /> occupancy will be extended until August 1, 2006. <br /> Failure to correct these deficiencies can result in occupancy violation citations to be <br /> issued. If you have any questions please feel free to call.
