The follov. ring were present: .L.Searles, ,l. 'J. <br />Wolfe.D.J.Boll and K.Turnham. Absent: iI.T„a Boldon, 11m. L. <br />Curry, II. u .:"rice, D.J. Cleveland, H. C .Bagley and ;lm. T. <br />T..ills. <br />The request of Effie T.Olson for division of proper— <br />ty at the corner of Old Long Lake IHoad and .Oast Long <br />Zake Road was referred to H.L.Searles and K.Turnhars for <br />site examination and recommendations. <br />The request of Dr.JoYn1 P. Allenburg for a building <br />permit on Lot 13 and port of 12a3hadywood Addn. was re- <br />vievted. Dr.Allenburg stressed the point that he desires a <br />to build on this site because of the possibility of a <br />municipal sewer connection. Searles moved that the Com- <br />mission recommend approval of.the permit subject to pro- <br />visions for connection to the sewer system when quilt. <br />The motion was seconded by 'Jolfe and carried. <br />The CoLuaission continued their study of zoning. An <br />extensive di Scussion of various categories of zoning <br />followed.
