In 2002 you were issued a building permit for anew home and attached garage. <br /> On March 3, 2003 you were given a temporary certificate of occupancy on the condition <br /> you would correct the remaining code violations within the next 85 days. I inspected <br /> your property today and noticed the permanent front step has not been built. The other <br /> remaining issue is to verify the garage firewall has been taped. <br /> The front step and verifying the taped firewall must be done. The minimum that the city <br /> can accept for a front step would be a sturdy,well built three foot by three foot landing <br /> and two steps. The landing and steps do not need to be attached to the house provided <br /> they are uptight to the structure and sturdy. I am asking that the front steps be in place <br /> and you call to arrange for a final inspection by May 26, 2006. <br /> I you have any questions concerning this matter please feel free to call.
