�,` „ <br /> � Clty of ORONO <br /> RESOWTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 1711 <br /> • - • • <br /> � ��is �r�� � <br /> �S �fE� <br /> ��CROFOIMED <br /> A RESOLUTION DENYING VARIANCES <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE SECTION 16.24 SUBDIVISION 5—B <br /> FILE $82B <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to State Statutes 412 et. seq. and <br /> 462 et seq. the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted <br /> zoning regulations for the protection of the public, health <br /> safety and ge.neral welfare; and <br /> i�HERE.AS , Lonie Fisk (hereinafter "the applicant") has <br /> an interest in the pronerty legally described as Lots 7 and 8 , <br /> Block 2, Minnetonka Summit Park (herzinafter property) within the <br /> City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the aoplicant has applied to the City for <br /> variances to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.24 5, (B) to permit <br /> the construction of a principal structure on a property that <br /> contains 10 ,761 .92 sf or 25% of the required 43 , 560 sf in area <br /> and 125 feet or 9Q!% of the required 140 feet of lot width; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the application; <br /> the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; the <br /> comments. and written statements submitted by the neighbors and <br /> their attorney; the comments and written statements of the <br /> applicant and applicant ' s attorney, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci 1 <br /> of the City of Orono hereby denies the requested lot area and lot <br /> width variances for the property described above based upon one <br /> or more of the following findings of fact concerning this <br /> property: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1 <br />
