I have the existing 964.8 contour in red through the house and labeled to the north of the house. I also have the existing 963.8 contour in purple, hoping that we can count that foot of fill to bring it up to a finished grade of 964.8. I also have the perimeter calculations next to the proposed elevation table.A thought that I had going through this process was do I have to account for the common wall between the garage and basement as part of the perimeter?This area will not be exposed anyway and if do not have to account for it then I will end up with 86' in the ground (52.1%) and 79' out of the ground (47.9%).
