I also have the perimeter calculations next to the proposed elevation table.A thought <br /> that I had going through this process was do I have to account for the common wall between the garage and basement <br /> as part of the perimeter?This area will not be exposed anyway and if do not have to account for it then I will end up <br /> with 86' in the ground (52.1%) and 79' out of the ground (47.9%).
