Our City Engineer has performed a cursory review of the as-built survey and noted a patio was proposed on the west side of the home, but a patio is not shown on the as-built survey. If a patio was constructed, please have the as-built survey updated and provide us with another copy. If a patio was not constructed, please clarify. Once the snow has melted the City engineer will visit the site to verify the as-built survey meets the approved building permit survey. The escrow money cannot be refunded until the as-built survey has been approved. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Here's the final as-built survey for the Reynolds property at 665 Orchard Park Road. This was completed last October, and I understood Mark Gronberg was going to drop off a couple hard copies for you, but that must not have happened. I've asked him via email today to drop off hard copies at your office as soon as possible for your files. Anyway, hopefully this will be all that's needed to refund the Reynolds' escrow funds. i
