<br /> We hereby certify that this is a true and correct plat of a survey made by us of the following
<br /> described parcels of land :
<br /> Parcel A:
<br /> That part of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 36, Township 118 Ncrth, Range 23
<br /> West of the 5th Principal 'Meridian, described as follows: Commencing atthe point of intersection of
<br /> the Fast line of said West half and the Northerly line of the right-of-way of the Minnesota Western Railway;
<br /> thence North 211.46 feet along the Fast line of said West half, to the centerline of County toad 27;
<br /> thence deflecting left 93 degrees and 21 minutes along the center of said road, 239.15 feet to the point
<br /> of beginning of the property being described; thence continuing Westerly along last described course
<br /> and the center of said road, 90.65 feet; thence Westerly on a tangential curve to the right with a radius
<br /> of 475.2 feet, a distance of 104.53 feet along the center of said road; thence Southerly to a point in
<br /> the Northerly line of said railway right-of-way, which point is 471. 44 feet Westerly, measured along said
<br /> right-of-way line, of the point of 'ommencement; thence Easterly along said right-of-way line 233.25
