O O <br /> CITY of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> NO. 4@65 <br /> �kES_H� <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> A CONDITIONAL USE PER IIT <br /> PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 10 <br /> FILE NO. #01-2682 <br /> WHEREAS, Timothy F. Olson, (hereinafter "the applicant") is the owner of the <br /> property located at 2510 Old Beach Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 22, Shore Hills,Hennepin County,Minnesota. (hereinafter"the property");and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has made application to the City of Orono to permit an <br /> "Accessory Structure on a Through Lot-Conditional Use Permit" allowing an accessory building <br /> to be constructed on the subject property which is a through lot. <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the Citv of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on June 18, 2001, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File 401-2682. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Zoning District,where 1 acres is the minimum <br /> required lot area. The property consists of approximately 53,634 s.f. or 1.231 acres. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on June 18, 2001 and <br /> recommended approval by a vote of 7 to 0. <br /> 4.
