A Clty of ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY <br /> OF A RESOLUTION TO ABATOE. 3-FW4E5R ASSESSMENTS <br /> ORONO FOR PHILIP G. BRADLEY <br /> WHEREAS, Philip G. Bradley, hereinafter referred <br /> to as Bradley, is the owner of the following property legally <br /> described as Lots 1, 2, 14, 15, 16, and 17, Block 8, Minnetonka <br /> Summit Park, hereinafter referred to as the property; and <br /> WHEREAS, prior to the City issuing a building <br /> permit for a new residence, Bradley was required to legally <br /> combine for tax and zoning purposes the above described <br /> property; and <br /> WHEREAS, Bradley has petitioned the City requesting <br /> an abatement of sewer assessments on the property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property has been assessed a total <br /> of two sewer units; per the current tax year the following <br /> payments (principal and interest) are due and to be paid <br /> with the 1983 real estate tax: <br /> TOTAL PAYMENTS DUE <br /> P.
