A Clty of ORONO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF A RESOLUTION TO ABATOE. 3-FW4E5R ASSESSMENTS ORONO FOR PHILIP G. BRADLEY WHEREAS, Philip G. Bradley, hereinafter referred to as Bradley, is the owner of the following property legally described as Lots 1, 2, 14, 15, 16, and 17, Block 8, Minnetonka Summit Park, hereinafter referred to as the property; and WHEREAS, prior to the City issuing a building permit for a new residence, Bradley was required to legally combine for tax and zoning purposes the above described property; and WHEREAS, Bradley has petitioned the City requesting an abatement of sewer assessments on the property; and WHEREAS, the property has been assessed a total of two sewer units; per the current tax year the following payments (principal and interest) are due and to be paid with the 1983 real estate tax: TOTAL PAYMENTS DUE P.
