It was the action of the Board to approve the transfer of the permit to Lundgren Brothers Construction with the following conditions: • Payment of Rule J fees in the amount of$49.78 • Submit a new surety for wetland alteration in the amount of$5000.00 Board of Managers 0Submit written notice to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District when the sale of the property at 210 and 270 North Shore Drive to Lundgren Brothers Construction becomes final Pamela G.Blixt - James Calkins In accordance with the guidelines of this permit,please also note: Lance Fisher • An annual monitoring report must be submitted to MCWD by September 1 of each year in Monica Gross accordance with the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act 8420.0620 Scott Thomas Due to the size and complexity of certain projects,the Board,by Rule 1,requires that site Richard Miller inspections be conducted.In these cases,the applicant is required to pay to the District,a fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection,engineering services,legal services, Robert Schroeder and any subsequent monitoring of the work-These costs are referred to as Rule J fees. Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met staff will transfer the permit. You are reminded that work on the project cannot begin until the permit has been issued. This permit will expire on July 12,2002.If final municipal approval of the project results in changes to the project you must submit revised plans to the MCWD for review.
