Orono Purpose: Erosion Control-Single Family Home Date of Issuance: 9/16/2016 Date of Ex iration: 9/16l2017 By Order of the Board of Managers �� Heidi Quinn Permitting Technician This permit is not transferable without District approval, and is valid to the date of expiration. No ac#ivity is authorized beyond the expiration date. If the permittee requires more time to complet� the project, an application for renewal af the permit must be received by the District at least 30 days before expiration. The applicant is responsible for compliance with all District Rules and for the action of their representatives, contractors, and emplayees.
