B s2e where you are coming from now—the City of Orono does require an updated delineation
for any work proposed within 150' of a wetland. Since the delineation on this survey is from 2005, a new delineation will
actually need to be performed and approved prior to final permit review, as approved wetland delineations are only
valid for 5 years. I have attached a list of certified wetland delineators(taken from the Board of Water&Soil Resources
website) in case you need assistance finding a delineator, as well as a fact sheet that explains—on the left-hand side—
the process for getting the new delineation approved under the Wetland Conservation Act.
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
Thanks!
Beth Brown
Permitting Technician
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
ebrown@minnehahacreek.or
952-641-4504
.
3,,

RAINN€HAHA CRfEK
WATER$F#EQ U!$TRii
From: mike north [mailto:mikenorth50@mail.com]
Sent:Thursday,June 04, 2015 6:34 AM
To: Elizabeth Brown
Subject: Re: 2545 NorthShore dr. accessory building
Elizabeth , Thank you for the letter, the city of Orono is requesting a confirmation that the wetland delineation
is up to date and has not changed. A level two delineation is required.
The attached new survey used the original delineation from 2005, from my un-professional eye it has not
changed since. bolder wall, lawn and wetlands appear to be accurate from reality to the new and older survey.
But we will need a confirmation of such from MCWD. Is this possible and do I need to make a more official
request?
thanks for your help Mike North
On Fri, May 29, 2015 at 4:26 PM, Elizabeth Brown<EBrown(aminnehahacreek.org> wrote:
i
