John Lindahl, Jr. and Sarah B. Lindahl, a married couple, <br /> {hereinaft,er the "Applicants"} are the owners of'the properties located at 2465 and 24851\Torth <br /> Shore Drive within the City of Orono (hereinafter"City") and legally described as fouows: <br /> Attached as Ezhibit A(hereinafter the"properties"�; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City for appmval of a <br /> lot line reanangement which would relacaxe the lot boundary line be�tween the properties;and <br /> �VHEREAS,after due published aad mailed.notice in accordance with Minnesata <br /> Statutcs 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes,the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hesring on the proposed Iot liue rearraagement on May 16, 2016 at <br /> which time all persflns desiring to be heard canc�ming this applicatioa were given the <br /> opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Orono City Council reviewed the pr�posed lot line <br /> rearrangeme�t at a regular meeting held on M$y 23, 2016 and makes the following findings with <br /> regards to the propased lot line rearrangement: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> l. This application was r�viewed as Zoning File#1b-3829. <br /> 2. The parcel at 24651vTorth Shore I?rive(the"2465 parcel'�confiaiaas 1.33 acres in t�ta1 azea <br /> and currently contains a single family residence and autbtuldings. <br /> 3. Th�e parcel at 2485 Ivorth Shore Drive(the"2485 parcel'� contains 2.47 a�res in total area <br /> and curxently contains a single family residence and outbuildings. <br /> 4.
