According to City Code Section 78-1577 all vehicles must be operable and currently <br /> licensed. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> April 1, 2015 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring your property into compliance <br /> the above vehicle must be currently licensed and made operable, stored in an enclosed structure or <br /> removed from the property by April 1, 2015. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
