This letter is to inform you that a building permit <br /> is required for sheds in Orono and that they are required to meet building and zoning code <br /> requirements. The City requires a conditional use permit on thru lots and the shed is required to <br /> meet a 50' setback from your east property line along Long Lake Road and a 10' setback from the <br /> west property line. <br /> Therefore the City must require you to remove the building from the property until a conditional use <br /> permit is obtained and an acceptable location is found. A deadline of February 1, 1998 has been <br /> established for removal. If this deadline is not met, the City may initiate legal action.
