r <br /> � ,/r• <br /> /� �11�' <br /> O o <br /> , CITY of ORONO <br /> � �, <br /> �',� G'ti RESOLUTION_ OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> l � L,� � � � <br /> 9xESII04 NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF <br /> THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF PRELINIINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br /> FOR A PLAT PROPOSED AT 4590 NORTH ARM DRIVE WEST � <br /> -FILE NO.2372 <br /> WHEREAS, on June 8, 1998 the City Council of the City of Orono adopted <br /> Resolution No. 4096 granting preliminary plat approval of a plat proposed by applicants Barry and <br /> Janiece Haglund involving the property located at 4590 North Arm Drive West; and <br /> W�iEREAS, the effective period of preliminary plat approval expires on June 8, <br /> 1999; and <br /> WHEREAS,the applicants have advised the Council that they are unable to complete <br /> the conditions of preliminary plat approval because the City is still in the process of formalizing the <br /> acquisition of the North Arm Lane corridor as a public roadway which will provide the applicants <br /> ��ryth 1Po�1 access to the property; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City,has reached an agreement with the owners of the North Arm <br /> Lane corridor which is expected to result in the City's acquisition of said corridor in a short time. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono that the effective period of preliminary plat approval for Barry and Janiece Haglund's � <br /> proposed plat of property located at 4590 North Arm Drive West as originally approved per the <br /> conditions of Resolution No. 4096, adopted on June 8, 1998 is hereby extended to December 8, <br /> 1999. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br /> held this 24th day of May, 1999. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> . ���1 l�-t� � <br /> Linda S.
