G� ��Q� <br /> � <br /> .� 0,�. <br /> -���;. - <br /> O CITY of ORONO <br /> � � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL _ <br /> �� ��{ G� NO. � f1 8 9 <br /> ��kESH�g'� <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR <br /> THE FOLLOWING PROPERTIES/PIDS: <br /> 08-117-23-33-0030; <br /> 08-117-23-33-0031; <br /> 08-117-23-33-0032; <br /> 08-117-23-33-0033; <br /> 08-117-23-33-0034; and <br /> 08-117-23-33-0035 <br /> FILE NO. 11-3526 <br /> WHEREAS, 3515 Capital Partners, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, <br /> (hereinafter the "Developer") is the owner of the properties within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br /> the "City"} identified as property identification numbers (PIDs) 08-117-23-33-0030; 08-117-23- <br /> 33-0031; 08-117-23-33-0032; 08-117-23-33-0033; 08-117-23-33-0034; and 08-117-23-33-0035 <br /> which are legally described as follows: <br /> Lots 8 through 13, Block 6, Crystal Bay View, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter the "Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 17, 2011, the Developer filed a complete application with <br /> the City for preliminary approval of a 3 lot residential plat of the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Subdivision Codes, on September <br /> 19, 2011, the Orono Planning Commission held a public hearing for the application at which <br /> time all persons desiring to be heard concerning the application were given the opportunity to <br /> speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 19, 2011, the Planning Commission reviewed the <br /> application and recommended on a vote of 6 to 0 that the City Council grant preliminary plat <br /> approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the proposal at regular meetings held on <br /> October 10, and October 24, 2011, and hereby made the following findings with regards to this <br /> application: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1.
