Please sign and return with a $2,500 check. <br /> • Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's (MCWD) permitting requirements; please <br /> contact the MCWD regarding your project. Please note, the City of Orono will not issue a building permit <br /> without a copy of MCWD permits or documentation from the MCWD stating the proposed project does not <br /> trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
