This is a permit for the construction of a new driveway and a retaining <br /> wall. Your application is incomplete. <br /> The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered <br /> complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide an updated certificate of sunrey meeting the <br /> City's survey standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the existing house and <br /> proposed driveway and retaining wall (and any proposed grading) as well as all <br /> existing structures, landscaping, retaining walls and hardcover on the property. <br /> 2. Hardcover Calculations. 680 Minnetonka Highlands Lane is located within 1000' of <br /> the lake and is considered Shoreland. Please submit existing and proposed hardcover <br /> calculations on the sheets provided. The property must comply with the City's <br /> Hardcover regulations (enclosed). The hardcover calculations should be done by a <br /> surveyor. <br /> 3. Land Alteration. In addition to showing the existing and proposed contours on the <br /> survey, please provide the amount of fill to be imported and/or exported and the haul <br /> route. A calculation of the total amount of earth movement on the property and an <br /> erosion control plan or copy of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) <br /> Erosion Control Permit is also needed. <br /> 4. Escrow 8� Escrow Agreement. Building permits involving grading and/or review by <br /> the City's engineer require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The <br /> purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City of out-of-pocket costs <br /> incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee <br /> conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. <br /> The required escrow amount for this project would be $2,500. The escrow agreement <br /> is enclosed.
