This is a <br /> permit in part for the construction of an entry addition to the existing home. Your application is incomplete. The <br /> following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete and for <br /> the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide an updated certificate of survey meeting the City's survey <br /> � standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the existing house and proposed additions (and any <br /> proposed grading), hardcover (existing and proposed) as well as all existing structures, landscaping, <br /> retaining walls, and the existing and future drainfield sites on the property. <br /> � Plan Review Fee. A plan review fee payment is required up front. Most of your project does not <br /> ' 1 �(equire a plan review; please call or email me to provide the estimated construction cost for the portion <br /> � pf your plans relating to the entry addition. A fee will be determined based on your estimated <br /> �construction cost which is required to be paid at the time of permit application. The remainder of the <br /> ��,� � permit fee is required at the time of issuance of the permit. <br /> �l <br /> � �(� ) 3. Escrow 8 Escrow Agreement. Building permits involving grading and/or review by the City's <br /> ������� engineer require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to <br /> ,�,'� guarantee reimbursement to the City of out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. <br /> 1Pc' � Additionally this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion <br /> /control and stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project would be $2500.00. The escrow <br /> agreement is enclosed. The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a check for <br /> $2500.00 <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
