A few weeks ago, you will recall that Steve Longman and
I met with you to discuss the above property. In relevant part, you brought to our
attention that my client would need to make arrangements regarding a"tree issue" before
a certificate of occupancy can be issued. I am writing this letter to advise you that by
June 30, 2007, my client will plant two (2) additional trees on the lake side of the
property, within 75 feet of the shoreline. Also, within that same area and time frame, my
client will make at least one (1) shrub/bush type planting. It is my understanding that the
trees must a trunk circumference of 2-4" and that my client has discretion as to
placement....so long as they are planted in the 0-75' corridor.
If this is not sufficient ar if you need additional clarification, please contact me. I
put a call in to Mr. Vang yesterday to clarify these issues but had not heard back from
'im_ i;c,, T am gning out f tnwn on husiness, I wanted this to go out today. I can be
reached at„jaobiz-lit.com or my cell phone, 612.5789623.
Y rs t 1 ,
/
Jef .i

JAO/
c: Steve Longman
