Steller• ol the ivorthern States Power Company nresented for <br /> signature a new iive year contract covering the street lights to � �`. <br /> replace the one which is abou� tc expire . The contract, which <br /> covers thirty lights at an annual maintenance cost of $70 each, <br /> was appr•oved and signed by the Council . <br /> A delegation of citizens livin� in the John Ferrin (IJia.�:well ) <br /> addition appeared before the Councii to urge that tneir r•oad in ,�:.=;, -;_ <br /> this additiorl be improved or• blacktopped, and additionally, that <br /> one or• more street lights be provided. They were inf'ormed that <br /> tihey would have to wait tneir tur•n or the road wor�: since tnere <br /> were many requesLs ahead of theirs for• eaually ur•�ent situations <br /> an� insu�'�'icient "unds to bl`'O�-iue a�l of this at once .
