Navember 1, 1995
 Margo Pullman 8z Christopher Blatchly
I '
 1600 Long Lake Blvd.
Long Lake, MN 55356
_ ` `
 3 ,,
Lyle Oman -1 q9
City of Orono
Building 8c Zoning
2750 Kelley Parkway
Long Lake. MN 55356 . ,
Dear Mr. Oman.
This letter is in regards to a request from Terry Dalhstrom to facilitate dredging a drainage
path across our properly.According to Mr. Dalhstrom. Hennepin County did not accomplish
this project for this year as planned so it impairs his progress on building a house across the
street. He also mentioned that the county's proposed path would take out alot of trees along
our property. He has therefore staked out a path cutting across the corner of our property
that would cause the least amount of destruction to trees and foliage that we want to hold
onto for our privacy.
We were satisfied with the option he proposed until we had the invisible fence reinstalled for
our dog. 'There is a minor conflict wlth one stake and the wire but we feel this can be easily
adjusted. Therefore, this is our written pernission to proceed on the drainage plan with a
minor modification to ensure it dces not affect our invisible fence.
We would also like to be notifed a day in advance of when the digging will begin. We will need
a written statement from the City that Hennepin County approves this drainage plan so we
will not be surprlsed of a second dredging that we feel would be destructive to our property.
If you have anv questions or need something further from us, we can te contacted t
404-0338. Thanks for your effortl
Sincerely,

Margo Pullman
