Ross, Constable. <br /> On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the read�ng <br /> of the Minutes of the July 8, 1957 Meeting �aas dispensed with. <br /> R. De�ngo�sk� submitted a revised plan for the division of his �:"�:�`�:;:::'-_;-` <br /> property in accordance with recorrunendation of the Planning _ <br /> Commission and the same was approved b� the �oard. - <br /> Emo Berl�m.ess asked that the Council consider improvement of <br /> the Village xoad leading in to his propert� from Highwood. The <br /> Council agreed to have its representatives exa.r��ine this and report. <br /> Vern Steinkamp sought permission to erect another building on his <br /> parcel of land off County Road #51• George Hanson and R. C. Bagley <br /> agreed to look into this and the Council indicated approv�l subject <br /> to favorable reaction on the part of these examiners. <br /> Emory White asked that the Council gine consideration to partici- �_,_ _ <br /> pating with the Orono School Board in sharing equally the approx- ` ''-= �`-f= <br /> imate annual expense of ,`�.'1500.00 to maintaining the Old Hill School - <br /> House as a branch unit of the Hennepin �ounty Library system. <br /> No action was taken but the matter would be discussed further. <br /> A delegation of Orono residents representing those who wished to <br /> have the Village acquire a bathing beach at Crystal Bay, as well <br /> as a group of property owners in the surrounding area, presented <br /> their opposite views to theBoard relative to this project. After <br /> lengthy discussion the Board agreed to review the arguments <br /> presented and come to a later decision as to procedure. <br /> A letter from H. Carl Gruenrud, Route r�r`1, Wayzata, concerr_ing <br /> road conditions, was read and referred to 0 . E.
