This letter is to notify you that The City of Orono <br /> requires a building permit for sheds. <br /> The shed is in violation of hardcover and setback ordinances. You may be able to find a <br /> location that meets setbacks but without removing some hardcover you will not be able to meet <br /> hardcover regulations. Therefore The City must require removal of the shed from the property. <br /> A deadline of February 17, 2003 has been established. If this deadline is not met The City will <br /> initiate legal action.
