, . , . <br /> � O� <br /> O O <br /> �e-_- C ITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ti <br /> �� G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> L9kESH�St`'�' NO. �, �'� �� - <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF <br /> THE SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> OF THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> 1040 AND 1056 LOMA LINDA AVENUE <br /> FILE NO. 2315 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the state of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br /> regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision <br /> of a lot line rearrangement by C. Douglas and Marilyn Holcombe (hereinafter "the <br /> subdividers"); of properties legally described on the survey and attached to this resolution <br /> (hereinafter "the properties"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a <br /> Class I subdivision of a lot line rearrangement involving the division and combination of <br /> properties. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota hereby approves the Class I subdivision and combination of above referenced <br /> properties by the subdividers as shown on the Certificate of Survey by David E Crook, a <br /> licensed surveyor of Demars-Gabriel Land Surveyors, Inc., dated November 7, 1997 and <br /> attached to this resolution as Exhibit A, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. C. Douglas and Marilyn Holcombe, owners of the aforesaid properties w�ill be <br /> responsible for amending the legal description on the deed of their property as <br /> follows: <br /> See Exhibit B for existing and proposed legal descriptions of the <br /> properties and affected easements. <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
