We are unable to complete this review for <br /> the following reasons: <br /> 1. The survey you provided does not reflect current the current property lines and <br /> setbacks. <br /> 2. No hardcover calculations were included, nor are there any usable ones on file <br /> for the property. <br /> For the application to be complete you must provide an updated survey and hardcover <br /> calculations. <br /> There were no zoning issues with the permit to replace the freestanding deck as long <br /> as the area under the deck is not enclosed. Hardcover calculations are not required <br /> because replacement of the deck is permitted by state statutes. <br />
